1.Who is behind Stayed

2.What Stayed is

A review platform for places: hotels, restaurants, bars, beaches and attractions. Two more products run on the same database: a paid presence for businesses, and job listings for hospitality.

Reading and writing reviews is free. The only thing anyone pays for is the business subscription described in section 7.

3.Your account

Registration needs a working email address. Signing in is by a one-time link sent to that address, not by password. Access to the inbox is access to the account, so look after it.

One person, one account. Accounts are not sold or transferred.

The sign-in email cannot be changed from the profile. Whoever changes the sign-in address takes the account, so the change goes through support after a check.

The service is not intended for children under 16.

4.Reviews

A review describes your own stay or visit. Do not review a place you have not been to.

Reviews are moderated. A review that breaks the rules below is rejected. A review is never rejected for being negative.

The review stays yours. By posting it you grant Stayed an unlimited, royalty-free right to display, translate and, where technically necessary, shorten it on the platform.

A place does not pay for reviews and cannot buy their removal. If anyone offers you money or a discount for a review, tell us.

• No text or photos taken from someone else.
• No staff names, phone numbers or other personal data about third parties.
• No insults, threats or accusations of crime.
• No advertising and no links to other sites.
• Helpful votes are counted by a signed cookie. Trying to inflate the count is grounds for suspension.

5.Business content

The place is responsible for its own details being correct: address, phone numbers, amenities, opening hours and booking links.

Photos are uploaded only by whoever holds the rights to them. A photo lifted from another site is removed on report.

The name, type and city of a place cannot be edited by the owner. Those three define which place it is, and a moderator approved exactly them. Everything else in the profile is yours to change.

An owner's reply under a review is public, and the review rules apply to it too.

6.Job listings

A listing is published by the employer, who is responsible for it: the description, the pay and the working conditions.

No listing may set requirements based on sex, age, origin, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic, except where the law expressly allows it.

An applicant's data goes to the employer for that one listing and is used only for that selection. It is kept until the consent period ends, then deleted automatically together with the attached CV.

Stayed publishes the listings and is not a party to the relationship between employer and applicant.

7.Subscription and payment

The current price and what the plan includes are on the Business page.

The price excludes VAT. Tax is added on top according to your country and shown before payment.

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you stop it. There is no trial period; it is paid from the first month.

Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice and is responsible for VAT. The Paddle buyer terms apply to the payment.

Cancel at any time. Access runs to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are covered on a separate page.

If a payment fails, the paid features stop. The place, its reviews and its listings stay where they are.

8.Paid placement

Paid placement lifts a place above the others in listings, and its card is labelled Promoted. The label is required and it is not coming off.

Paying never changes a rating, never hides a review and never affects moderation.

9.What is not allowed

• Automated harvesting of content from the platform.
• Working around rate limits or bot protection.
• Creating accounts under someone else's identity or under an invented one.
• Attempting to reach another person's account, the admin screens, or data that is not yours.
• Anything that overloads the platform or interferes with its operation.

10.Suspension and closure

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Deletion takes effect 30 days after the request, so a mistake can be undone.

Your reviews stay published after the account is deleted, but without your name and without a link to a profile. A place's rating history is never rewritten because someone left.

We may suspend access for a breach of these terms. We say why, unless the law prevents it.

11.Liability

Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of Stayed. Details about places come from their owners and from public sources.

The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not guarantee results from paid placement.

Our liability to a subscribing business is limited to the amount paid over the previous twelve months. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12.Changes to these terms

A material change is emailed to subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you disagree, cancel before that date.

13.Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court.

If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection.

Write to us before starting a dispute. Most things are settled with one email.
